Introductory Meeting

A free 30 minute chat will gather your business needs like whether a project is feasible and what should be the first steps. You will be advised whether you need a website at all and, if you do, what market it should be tailored towards. Together we can decide if database facilities and/or a shopping cart are necessary. Photographs of the staff, premises and stock may need to be taken also. Be sure that any corporate logos or colourschemes are at hand.

Follow-Up Meeting

A second meeting will show a mock up of the site (part screen/ part storyboards). Depending on the size and complexity of the site a price will be agreed as will a timescale for the site to become live. While girafficArts will register your site so that it can be picked up by the major search engines, there is no guarantee of success except by paying for these services. Everything will be done however to minimise this cost. girafficArts will find you the best value company with whom to host your website and you will remain the owner of it at all times.

Methodology
